Poetry Society Members on Saboteur Awards shortlists

Nearly 2,200 people were nominated in this year’s Saboteur Awards. The four most nominated works in each category made it into the shortlist, as well as a work selected by one of the editors. Voting is now open until 30 April to determine the winners. The results will be announced on 13 May.

Among the many on the shortlists, Harry Man has been nominated for Best Collaborative Work with Sophie Gainsley for Finders Keepers; Fay Roberts is one of the poets nominated for Best Spoken Word Show; Elisabeth Sennitt Clough, Emma van Woerkom and James Giddings are on the Best Poetry shortlist; and Dave Coates and Greg Freeman are on the Best Reviewer shortlist.
Rebecca Varley-Winter picked the Best Poetry Pamphlet and Best Reviewer, Sally Jack picked Best Spoken Word Show and Regular Spoken Word Night, James Webster picked Best Collaboration and Spoken Word Performer, and Claire Trévien picked Best Wildcard, Most Innovative Publisher, and Anthology.
