Today, 22 June 2018, marks 70 years since migrants from the Caribbean disembarked Windrush at Tilbury Docks, Essex. To commemorate this landmark anniversary, the summer set of Poems on the Underground has a Windrush theme, featuring poets from and around the Caribbean: James Berry, Andrew Salkey, Jean Binta Breeze, Lorna Goodison, Kwame Dawes and Grace Nichols.
Find out more about Poems on the Underground, and the poems in the latest set, on our projects page.
You can order individual posters, or a set of six Poems on the Underground posters from our online shop, for free. We only charge for the price of storage, handling, postage and packaging (£3.50 for an individual poster and £9.99 for a set posted within the UK).
